"Action Glass did a great job replacing a bathroom mirror which had become damaged around the edges. The old mirror was screwed to the wall and Steve suggested an alternative of gluing the new one in place which was less expensive and ended up looking much better. Action Glass turned up promptly to check measurements and returned a few days later for installation. I also had a smaller framed mirror which needed replacing, and Matt the young man who came to install the bathroom mirror, suggested he could reuse that by cutting it down to fit the frame, rather than getting a new piece of mirror. This was an excellent idea as it was only the edges which were damaged and it would have been thrown out otherwise. Matt cut the mirror for the frame on site, and tacked it into place for me as well, without additional cost. I found Action Glass very pleasant to deal with, professional and reliable, their prices reasonable, and they went out of their way to suggest cost effective solutions. "We had a rather unique kitchen splashback created and installed with the help of Action Glass Ltd. From start to finish they were brilliant - patiently answering questions and supplying multiple options and quotes and being fully honest about best practice and practicality etc. When the final product arrived, the guys apologised for being slight early! Then expertly removed their shoes while carrying the splashback in (which they were not required to do). They explained things to me as they worked and then happily proceeded to touch up some other caulking around the kitchen while they had it out (at my request, of course). "Needed 4 very large mirrors removed from the walls at my hair salon. I had been told by 3 other glass companies that the mirrors would not be able to be removed in 1 piece, and the only way they would be able to be removed is to break them. I phoned action glass and spoke to Steve who was great. Steve told me that he would certainly try to remove the mirrors in one piece, and would only break them off if there was no other alternative. What an amazing job, he managed to get all 4 mirrors off the wall without breaking any!! Not only did he achieve something that I had been told by other companies wasn't possible, but he did it for half the price!!
